Over the past 18 years we have grown in expertise, careful planning, thoughtful project management, and attention to every detail.
Our approach
Our experience now spans more than 80 large-scale projects — full house redevelopments, double-depth basements, heritage restorations and contemporary rebuilds. We maintain a boutique scale that allows us to provide a highly personalised service.
Each project is assigned a dedicated team and Contract Manager, and we work closely with clients and their professional teams from first conversation through handover and beyond.

Running sites across Central and South West London, Dave keeps programme, trade coordination and site standards uncompromised.

Contract Manager
Aaron manages complex basement and structural projects, and is the direct point of contact for clients and consultants throughout delivery.

Office Manager
Jackie holds together the administrative backbone of the business — contracts, reporting, accounting and client care.
Start a project
We work with a small number of clients at a time, personally, from first conversation through handover. Most of our projects begin with a short email or call.
