Our approach
We enjoy embracing the challenges of innovative and technical builds.
Our experience now spans more than 80 large-scale projects — full house redevelopments, double-depth basements, heritage restorations and contemporary rebuilds. We maintain a boutique scale that allows us to provide a highly personalised service.
Each project is assigned a dedicated team and Contract Manager, and we work closely with clients and their professional teams from first conversation through handover and beyond.

What we do

Construction
Transforming the original footprint with side, rear and roof extensions as well as full interior re-build is what Element Construction has done since the beginning.

Basements
Almost all of our projects have involved the incorporation of a basement, including side-by-side basements and double-depth basements.

Contract Management
Each individual project has an experienced Contract Manager on site, while wider project management oversees costs, communication, and programming.

Joinery
Our skilled in-house carpenters and longstanding joinery partners craft custom mouldings, staircases, bespoke kitchens, and cabinetry.

Mechanical & Electrical
We oversee Mechanical and Electrical work through specialist subcontractor companies with whom we have established partnerships spanning over a decade.

Follow On Care
Upon completion, we provide a comprehensive handover manual and offer aftercare assistance or advice well beyond the standard 12-month guarantee period.
