Every project begins with a rigorous survey of the original structure. From there we plan demolition, temporary works, structural alterations and full interior rebuild in close collaboration with your architect and engineer.
Almost all of our projects have involved the incorporation of a basement, including side-by-side basements and double-depth basements.

Our skilled in-house carpenters and longstanding joinery partners craft custom mouldings, staircases, bespoke kitchens, and cabinetry.
Bespoke joinery is specified, prototyped and installed by people we have worked with for years. The result is cohesion between the base build and the finish work, with tolerances closer than standard site carpentry.
We oversee Mechanical and Electrical work through specialist subcontractor companies with whom we have established partnerships spanning over a decade.
Heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting and audio-visual are coordinated from first-fix through commissioning. Our long-standing M&E partners share our standards and our reporting discipline.
Upon completion, we provide a comprehensive handover manual and offer aftercare assistance or advice well beyond the standard 12-month guarantee period.
Handover is the start of a long relationship. Many clients return years later for further works, and we remain available for advice on maintenance, upgrades and new phases of work.
